Emily is a professional ballet dancer and photographer. Her passion for dance inspired her to explore other avenues of art. When she began training seriously in ballet down in Florida at the Naples Dance Conservatory and Miami City Ballet School, her passion for photography blossomed being surrounded by such beautiful and hard working artists and friends. Emily has danced with Grand Rapids Ballet, United Ballet Theatre, and freelance work in New York, Illinois, and Texas where she simultaneously pursued her passion of photography. Her work can be seen in articles of dance teacher magazine and pointe magazine where she photographed the company dancers of United Ballet Theatre of Orlando, Fl, and freelance rehearsal and photography in Dallas, Texas.

Her detailed attention to dancer technique and flattering angles for movement, being a dancer herself, helps to find the perfect moments to capture a dancer’s movement. Emily loves to create and express herself in many different creative outlets. She hopes her photos can spread more love and support for all creatives in the art community.
