Cassandra Stern was born in Cornwall, New York and was trained in the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) curriculum. She attended James Madison University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2017 with a degree in both Dance and Communication Studies. Cassandra was a member of the Virginia Repertory Dance Company from 2015-2017 and has had the honor of working with choreographers Netta Yerushalmy, Doug Varone, Pamela Pietro, Kelly Bartnik and Christy Funsch. She has since danced with Emotions Physical Theater and Salvatore LaRussa Dance Theater, and has worked administration for Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Company at New York Live Arts. Cassandra is an RYT – 200 hour certified yoga teacher and currently is the General Manager for Stephen Petronio Company.
